BeatPKR Terms and Conditions — Your Complete Guide to Platform Rules

1. Introduction

Welcome to beatpkr. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and beatpkr ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our"). By registering an account on beatpkr, accessing any part of the platform, placing any bet, or using any service offered through beatpkr, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all services offered on the beatpkr platform, including but not limited to sports betting (cricket, football, and other sports), online casino games (slots, live dealer tables, table games), promotional offers and bonuses, and any other interactive features available to registered players. Please read these Terms carefully before you register. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not create an account or use beatpkr in any capacity.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming guidelines, both of which form part of your agreement with beatpkr. If there is any conflict between these documents and the main Terms, these Terms take precedence unless a specific document states otherwise.

2. Eligibility

To register and use beatpkr, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be a natural person, legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable law.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing beatpkr from, any jurisdiction where online betting or casino gaming is prohibited or restricted.
• You must not be acting on behalf of or depositing funds on behalf of a third party.
• You must not have been previously excluded, banned, or self-excluded from beatpkr or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of a beatpkr employee in a role with access to platform data.

beatpkr reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and residence at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension or termination of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation. Age verification is a legal and regulatory requirement, not a discretionary measure.

3. Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one account only on beatpkr. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts. Any bonuses claimed on duplicate accounts will be forfeited, and any winnings derived from those bonuses may also be forfeited.

When registering on beatpkr, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, a valid Pakistani mobile number, a valid email address, your date of birth, and your preferred payment method details. You are responsible for keeping your registration information up to date. If any of your details change — particularly your mobile number or payment account — you must update your beatpkr profile promptly.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your beatpkr account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time PINs with any other person. beatpkr will never ask for your full password via email, live chat, or telephone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact our support team immediately so that your account can be temporarily secured.

beatpkr cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have shared your credentials or failed to report a suspected breach in a timely manner. We recommend using a strong, unique password for your beatpkr account and enabling any available two-factor authentication features.

Account Verification (KYC)

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations, beatpkr may require you to submit one or more of the following documents before processing withdrawals or at any other point during your account lifecycle: a copy of your valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of your registered address (such as a utility bill dated within three months), and proof of your payment method (such as a screenshot of your Easypaisa or JazzCash account under your registered name). Verification documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. Deposits & Payments

beatpkr accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, standard bank IBFT transfers, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks. beatpkr does not accept deposits from accounts or cards held in names other than the registered account holder's name.

The minimum deposit on beatpkr is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard players, though beatpkr reserves the right to apply transaction limits at any time for security, compliance, or fraud prevention purposes. Mobile wallet deposits (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) are credited to your beatpkr wallet instantly upon confirmation. Bank IBFT transfers are credited within 2–4 hours on business days.

• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.
• beatpkr does not accept cash deposits or deposits via third-party agents.
• Deposits made using payment methods not supported by beatpkr may be returned, and the resulting delays are not beatpkr's liability.
• beatpkr does not charge deposit fees on standard transactions. Your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.
• Funds deposited on beatpkr must not derive from unlawful activity. beatpkr operates anti-money laundering monitoring on all accounts.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on beatpkr are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including weekends and public holidays. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. There are no withdrawal fees on standard transactions. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a payment method registered in your name that has been verified by beatpkr's compliance team.

Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within 5 minutes of request approval. NayaPay and SadaPay withdrawals process similarly fast. Bank IBFT withdrawals are completed within 2–4 hours during business hours. Card withdrawals follow standard bank processing timelines of 1–3 business days. beatpkr does not control the processing speed of your bank or payment provider once the transfer has been initiated.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Any active bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirement before the bonus amount or winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. Real-money funds deposited by you are not subject to wagering requirements and can be withdrawn at any time.
• beatpkr reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests that are unusually large, frequent, or that display patterns consistent with fraudulent activity. These checks may delay processing by up to 48 hours.
• Withdrawal requests may be declined if the account is under investigation for a suspected breach of these Terms.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

beatpkr offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All current promotions are listed on the Promotions page. The specific terms, eligibility conditions, wagering requirements, expiry dates, and game contribution rates for each promotion are stated on that page and form part of these Terms when you claim a bonus.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per promotion, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your beatpkr wallet. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• beatpkr's standard welcome bonus carries a 20x wagering requirement on the bonus amount. For example, a Rs 5,000 bonus requires Rs 1,00,000 in qualifying wagers before it becomes withdrawable.
• Slot games contribute 100% toward the wagering requirement. Live dealer and table games contribute at varying rates as specified in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus funds expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the validity period stated for each promotion.
• beatpkr reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed. Once a bonus has been credited to your account, its terms will not be changed to your detriment.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash directly.

7. Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on beatpkr are subject to the rules and settlement procedures outlined at the time of placing the bet. beatpkr offers betting markets on cricket (including PSL, Pakistan internationals, ICC events), football (Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, and more), and other sports as available on the platform. The minimum single bet is Rs 500.

Bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (ICC for cricket, FIFA for international football, respective league organisers for domestic competitions). In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or declared a no-result, bets will be settled according to beatpkr's event-specific rules displayed at the time of bet placement.

In-Play Betting

Live in-play betting is available on selected markets during active matches. In-play odds update in real time and reflect current match conditions. beatpkr reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice — for example, during a powerplay over, at the fall of a wicket, or during a review. Bets placed on suspended markets will be voided and stakes returned. beatpkr is not responsible for any delay between a real-world event and the updating of its in-play interface.

Bet Cancellation

Once a bet has been confirmed on beatpkr, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. beatpkr reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious pricing errors, technical malfunctions, or where the integrity of a market is in question. If a bet is voided by beatpkr, the stake will be returned to your account in full.

8. Casino Games

• Sharing your account credentials with any other person or allowing a third party to operate your beatpkr account.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

beatpkr reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the account has been used in violation of these Terms, that the account holder has provided false information, or that the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other users.

On suspension or termination, beatpkr will conduct a review of the account. If the review determines that no breach of Terms has occurred, the account will be reinstated and any withheld funds returned. If a breach is confirmed, any bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds during the period of breach may be forfeited. Real-money deposits made by the player (net of any disputed activity) will be returned to the player's verified payment method.

Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled normally and the resulting balance (if positive) will be paid to the player's verified payment method.

14. Limitation of Liability
